I was also leading the project to implement Blackline tool for reconciliations.I was working as part of the UK management team being responsible for JD Forestry UK Retail accounting team and financials, management and US GAAP reporting, budgeting and forecasting, accounting accuracy and other financial guidance and analysis to support the business. During my assignment I was responsible project manager from business side to implement new ERP system, IFS, in UK unit. I was responsible for JD Forestry Fin Retail financials including management and US GAAP reporting, budgeting and forecasting, accounting accuracy and other financial guidance and analysis to support the business.My responsibilities included the monthly Management Reports for Europe Forestry business including analyzing actual results of consolidated operations and supporting the Marketing and Retail organizations through work on price realization, Aftersales and margin reporting.I was participating internal audit engagements at several Deere factories and marketing branches around the world. I was auditing the units processes, such as management accounting, payroll, inventory, expenditures, revenue and compliance to confirm the processes were aligned with SOX, Deere requirements and US GAAP.
