We are currently busy integrating FNB’s digital solutions into the Private Wealth Model with an approach of enhancing the efficiency of the model and client experience through the convenience these digital solutions offer, without diluting the relationship element of the model. I am also responsible for Private Wealth’s Learning and Development Function.
