One of my achievements was successful development and implementation of new electric power steering intermediate shaft as noise countermeasure, cost reduction and performance improvement. - Design responsibility for Variable Valve Timing solenoid development as a aftermarket part of various OEMs. Because this was completely new product for the company I needed to create from scratch product generation process rules - PGP, set functional requirements and finally create design practice. Also during development I had to establish close cooperation with production department to find modern manufacturing solutions of this new product. - In my current role I'm responsible for development process of electrical high performance actuators for new generation of lithography machine. I'm responsible both for electrical and mechanical design, TPD specification and product handover for volume production. Due to above experience in Japanese and Dutch companies my colleges know me as flexible, hardworking, very precise person with huge focus on every detail. groet marek
