I have initiated marketing strategies, created development opportunities with new and existing clients and increased profitability. I have written Business and Marketing Plans, set up operational manuals, implemented workcover policies and procedures, and secured Australian Tourism Accreditation standards. Through my involvement in a number of community events I have expertise in project management, sponsorship and fundraising. I have employed research techniques, both qualitative and quantitative, to develop strategic marketing opportunities and implemented timelines and critical path plans to action results. I am proficient in sourcing funding opportunities, lobbying government, writing submissions, maintaining budgets, report writing and evaluation. I have a flair for working with people and can maintain a cheerful and pleasant relationship with all sectors of the community.
