Marco Zacarias Email & Phone Number | Having been born in the United States and studying there as well, my professional background has ventured into several different companies and positions giving me the opportunity to broaden my work history. Most of these positions have been closely related to customer service and sales which are an area of great interest to me. I consider myself to be very hard working and determined thus starting my work career at a very early stage in my life. By the age of 20 I was a Department Supervisor at Best Buy, all while simultaneously managing my College studies. After my experience there, I then moved on to the automotive industry where I successfully prospered for over a year as sales associate. Due to my Portuguese decent my next adventure brought me to sunny Portugal in 2007 where I currently reside and work. My first stop here in Lisbon led me to the Junta de Freguesia de Campolide where I happily worked for 6 years. Our project was involved in many different types of community service sectors. Some of these included food drives and low incoming housing, all extremely rewarding and gratifying. After this I then moved onto HouseTrip as a customer service associate. Besides the general customer service aspect I also had the responsibility in being an assistant team leader and embraced all it's great challenges. After three years at HouseTrip my next opportunity appeared at Airbnb. Very similar to my previous roles this was a wonderful experience which further enhanced my work foundation. * Good communication skills gained from my experience as a department supervisor, sales associate, and customer service representative. * The ability to listen and resolve problems have been obtained through my professional history.
