Participate of the Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and the commissioning on site. Develop simulation logic for the processes.Ensure that incoming material (electrical/electronic passive/active) meet all the required specifications. Lead solving problem activities related to non-conforming material identified at incoming, process, finish goods or customer levels. Identify the critical suppliers and any potential need of new Production Part Approval Processes (PPAP), communicating to the organization and the suppliers, and following up the whole process until its end.Provide daily operations support and resolve problems with the equipment; develop the process for continuous improvement, reduction/prevention of defects and guidance for the technicians on the production floor. Ensure the successful behavior of the main indicators of the plant (safety, quality and production).Design, develop and execute improvement and maintenance projects in the Costa Rica plant. Support daily manufacturing activities and solve technical problems related to industrial control and communications equipment.
