My scientific interests are: institutional economics, civil economy with its theory of relational goods, business ethics and philosophy, family economics and Catholic Social Teaching. I am a graduate of Finance and Accounting at Warsaw School of Economics with specialties: International Financial Markets and Corporate Finance. I was also a participant of an exchange programme Erasmus+ at Università degli Studi di Roma "Tor Vergata" (Business Administration) and student of CREATE programme at the ANGELICUM University. During my professional career I had an opportunity to gain various business experiences in fields like tourism, conference management, tax advisory and sales&marketing in FMCG industry. Having acquired experience in the first line of a real business I would like to accelerate my career in the field of rising importance in the modern world - the concept of values and virtues as a foundation of human society. Therefore, I am conducting research in the field of institutional economics with a goal to find realistic way to improve the concept of entrepreneurship so that it could become more sustainable, environment-friendly and values-driven. The main concept of my research are relational goods, especially meaning relations like family ones being essentials for a society per se and employment relationships in particular. Moreover, I am an advocacy officer of Caritas Poland, where I can apply my research interests into business practice thanks to the "Center for Analysis of Social Problems" and "Caritas Laudato Si" initiatives. I am also a co-founder of The Common Good Perspective - an initiative where we want to monitor and advise companies with the real business ethics affairs. I have also worked in the Projekt PL Foundation where thanks to the position of a Member of the Board I could apply my research, experience and knowledge into the real social and economic reality.
