In 1986, I started a professional practice service business specializing in DP and System Administration. I have done work with UNIX, Netware, W2K3, AS/400, and DEC VMS. I wired, installed and ran 144 phone, 72 cat5, fiber and cable in Catholic Schools. I taught (10 grades, 1500+ students), trained 500+ staff, maintained (100+ PCs) and administrated 300 accounts using NW 4.11, NT 5, and Linux for 6 years. For Convergys, I did technical support for AT&T Broadband in a Call Center for OS and support for 12 applications including Outlook. In NT, I used 20 open tools to manage modems, Cisco routers, & test routes. In 2011, for Kantar IT Partnership as an IT Support Technician, I did PC Rollout and System Operations. I replaced 700+ laptops/desktops in US; apply image, setup and software (SAP, SAS, SPSS ...) from 100+ software repositories, data transfers, rollout Cisco VPN/RSA SecuriD, VAX system operations, ghost user backups, hardware/software support.
