My video-making enterprise Mannyfilms has kept in tune with video marketing trends and grown in this ever-evolving field. I've been a professional videographer and editor for over 25 years. I started out in my teens working summers as an intern in the news department at the local affiliate of Univision in Dallas. I later enrolled into broadcast journalism classes that began to be offered my junior and senior year of high school, and subsequently attending the University of North Texas. Ever since, I've discovered many techniques working in different facets of video production and seen the progression of the medium for two decades. I enjoy collaborating and sharing my work with other people involved in the production. Though I enjoy the lonely task of editing, I work well with others and I consider myself a team player. I also have experience on-stage, in front of the camera as well as behind the scenes. I shoot and do my own editing. I began editing at the age of 14 using 3/4 in tape decks and linear editing and later delved into the non-linear digital age. I enjoy the work I produce and I'm fortunate to do work with incredible people and for amazing clients. I look forward to more opportunities for growth in my professional career and business and wish to never stop learning with continued inspiration along the way. My ultimate mission is to excel, motivate, and create while furthering my personal and professional growth along the way. Currently working on marketing videos, developing my swim school, doing some acting on the side along with writing an animated feature film. I also love to travel when I can. I've been to 36 out of 50 states. Life is a journey full of insight, excitement and opportunity; so I pray and search for wisdom and strength.
