As the recruiting model has shifted with technology to automated job application processes due to the ever-fluctuating global economy, a majority of job seekers utilize their mobile device(s) to navigate the application process. Using sourcing technologies, I find passive prospects, assisting them with information and guidance along with their career growth. Enriching people's lives while allowing organizations to prosper brings me the greatest satisfaction.
