Over a span of a decade in my previous role, I played a significant role in streamlining business landscape of Reliance Jio. Created top-of-mind visibility of brand and offerings within 5 years – challenging competition prevalent since 20+ years. On consumer business front - setting up entire Distribution, people and processes for Launch and improvising them during steady state plus notable contribution would include managing biggest, sought-after enterprise circle in Delhi-NCR and building the largest enterprise market pan India. The team I led was adjudged #1 on parameters of Business PnL, customer life cycle, marketing campaigns, care processes, alliances, new product launch and customer KPIs, Y-o-Y between 2017 and 2022. An engineer by qualification, I believe in continually adding value to my professional skills and have undertaken several leadership courses during my career span. Fond of traveling, photography, and reading, I am a health enthusiast and practice yoga & meditation on a regular basis.
