With my last employer, by the 3rd year of managing the firm, we were able to reduce the number of files substituting out, by 73%. This was achieved by my relentless emphasis on customer service and monitoring of the staff's performance guiding them towards the correct way of handling a PI file. I am a team player who can handle a PI file from A all to way to trial and disbursement of the funds. I am capable of working independently and love challenges. I am a people's person who handles pressure with calm, work with integrity, use logic when passing a judgement, excellent with multi tasking and prioritizing.
