Mal Warwick is a Author, book reviewer, impact investor, social entrepreneur, public speaker Currently my biggest project is my book review blog (www.malwarwickonbooks.com), where I typically post reviews of three or four books each week. I'm also actively engaged as board chair of the fundraising agency I founded in 1979, now named Mal Warwick Donordigital and employee-owned. And I serve on the board of the Fistula Foundation and Chair the board of the Bay Area Book Festival. I'm a member of the National Book Critics Circle and the Northern California Book Reviewers. From 1979 to 2009, I worked as a professional fundraising consultant to US nonprofit organizations and progressive political candidates and committees who share my commitment to positive social and environmental action, and to helping build civil society in emerging economies by teaching fundraising and communications to NGOs throughout the world.
