Further, I have organized and conducted various Regulatory Body visits like MS and Ph. D. Programs Review, Institutional Performance Evaluation, Good Governance, etc... Most of these reviews are conducted annually for which preparation of documentation along with evidences is done frequently. In addition, I have been an editor of various publications of the institute such as ZABnings, Student Handbook, Course Catalogue and SZABIST Trust Annual Report - All Campuses. Moreover, I have actively contributed in developing a feedback mechanism from all stakeholders and regularly monitor the responses from graduates, students, faculty and Ph. D. Scholars. Statistical reports are prepared for the Management with recommendations for continuous improvement. As part of Assessment and Quality Assurance process, I have developed various quality instruments and tools for Examination Audit, HR Files Audit and Admissions file Review. Also, my job entails developing rubric based quality tools as a regular element of assuring smooth operations. Amongst academics assignment IR/QEC tasks at SZABIST entails HR relevant projects. Hence, I am greatly interested in working with human resource development programs. I aim to develop my skills and career further and utilize my learning to maximize professional efficiency.
