I went from designing and managing organizational training programs while looking at the needs of the entire organization, specific departments, and individual employees. I accompanied and built strategic programs in the field of education in the local authorities and created many diverse learning systems adapted to different target audiences. The Corona period encouraged the world of learning and training to leap forward with the understanding that we are in constant movement between the hybrid that represents home and work, frontal and digital learning and the organization's commitment to succeed and advance, alongside the employee's desire to develop and feel meaningful. If employees are given a sense that they control the various training contents - defining common results, building a training menu enabling personal choice (a kind of Netflix that connects the world of organizational and personal learning in various ways and by combining UP-SKILLING and RE-SKILLING), we collect data on learners and learning processes.
