Over the last several years, I have contributed to the growth and success of Lee Health Pain Management practices in Fort Myers, and the Medstar Heart and Vascular Institute (MHVI) in Baltimore. My experiences encompass strategic planning, project management, quality improvement initiatives, and monitioring of financial metrics with regards to revenue growth. I was tasked with expanding the Vascular presence from one Vascular Surgery practice at one hospital, to four practices at four hospitals in a little under two years. This system wide growth gave me the opportunity to collaborate with many disparate departments and teams, resulting in a successful outcome. Prior to that I managed Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Open Heart Surgery, Cardiac Rehabilitation and In Vitro Fertilization practices. During the course of my career, I have established a AAAHC certified Ambulatory Surgery Center. I have experience as a CAP inspector (Embryology Laboratory), am quite familiar with CAP, JCAHO and CLIA accreditation requirements. My proven leadership skills, strong commitment to high ethical and professional standards, and constant drive to strengthen professional effectiveness would make a significant contribution!
