In my previous role as Business Manager, I oversaw and executed Human Resource-related tasks, including employee relations, employee benefits, payroll, direct hire and contract recruiting, employee on-boarding, and legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements. In addition to my Human Resource role, I had director-level responsibility for all aspects of business accounting (including receivables, payables, payroll, and maintenance of company financial records), project cost-tracking, managing web-based time-reporting, and contract administration. I really enjoy being challenged. I thrive on leveraging my extensive multi-faceted business experience, along with a life-long passion for personal development and learning, to seek out new challenges that will help me improve the efficiency and success of my employer and my own personal and professional growth. On a personal level, I love kayaking and hiking - share with me your favorite spot to kayak/hike! I have recently taken up paddle boarding and I absolutely love it!
