Dealing with rationalisation challenges along with applying security access. 3 - implementing a new ICT Service Management solution authority wide including a new customer portal (Cireson) to improve both the customer journey experience in conjunction with how ICT deliver services. Various capability is built in to include automation of workflows and run books along with dashboards to present meaningful data. New and improved processes to compliment the service management capability. Improving the current infrastructure, deploying SCOM enabling ICT to proactively monitor platforms enabling quick resolution ahead of any impact to both users and ultimately the general public. 4 - implementation of a cloud based public facing registrars system dorset wide. This enables the general public to have a much improved service when registering births, deaths, marriages etc 5 - implementation of a Libraries public self service kiosk solution across dorset to enable the public to easily book out/in books, pay book fines etc 6 - Implementation of Incab technology into the counties bin lorry fleet, Working with Dorset Waste Partnership move to a new cloud hosted system supporting recording data for recycling services. Enabling enforcement officers to be much more flexible using hand held devices to record live information. 7 - Deliver a number of service area staffing restructures focusing on key deliverables and strategic forward thinking of those services for Dorset Counil. Ensuring service areas adopt and control benefits realisations that underpin context statements. Being mindful of staff moral ensuring appropriate support measures were in place. 8. Design and implement a new public access network for Dorset Libraries.
