In 2023, I completed a Master’s in Sports Medicine and earned APA titling, reflecting my commitment to advancing my skills and knowledge in the field. My passion for integrating clinical practice with sports science led me to create and own practice Back2Balance Physiotherapy in 2011, a successful practice that I ran for 12 years before selling it in June 2023. I continue to practice at the clinic, providing high-quality care while also broadening my experience working with elite athletes through my recent involvement with the NSW Junior Wheelchair Basketball team at this year’s National Championships and currently with the Nerang Bulls Rugby Union Club. I am driven by the goal of helping both everyday clients and high-performing athletes achieve their rehabilitation and performance objectives. My approach is informed by a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, advanced sports medicine knowledge, and a deep understanding of the unique demands of sports and exercise.
