In addition, I enjoy working as part of a team and in varying roles in which I have proved to be an accomplished leader. I am also constantly pushing myself to learn new skills. I have set up a new catering business, which is progressing slowly and meals are produced in my kitchen. I keep meals fairly simple and easy to cook and based on the budget conscious which are tasty and nutritious. Most meals are Paleo influenced.
