Experimental design, analysis, contributing to group publications, and managing departmental seminar series.Continuing PhD research including the public release of the PRISONER framework for ethical social network research. Designed, built and maintained tools to support proteomics research in the Centre for Gene Regulation and Expression. Developed a task queue for asynchronously processing mass spec data, oversaw usability enhancements to existing systems, provided test coverage for existing codebase, and oversaw migration from MySQL to Oracle.
