Then I was I moved to start a new warehouse. Here I played every role from recruiting to payroll to dispatch, customer service, forklift operator, yard jokey and more. I scouted and scheduled/setup dock plate installation, AC/refrigeration system, security system, forklift and charging station install, pest control visits and temp agency contracts. Once warehouse was up and running we went from 2 drivers and 2 dock workers to 3 dock workers, 9 drivers and 5 pick and packers for Hershey orders. I was also tasked with running the adjusting, picking/packing and timely deliveries of Hershey orders for the OH/KY/IN area. I have worked many different styles of warehousing but all have the same goal on time deliveries, zero loses and dedication. I give 150% to get the job down everytime.
