I started my Journey in Apple 5 years ago as part-time Specialist 20h in Apple I Gigli, nearby Florence. I worked a lot on my customer focus and ability to purpose and give a tailored solution to customers and in a little time I became Full Time Specialists. Thanks to this first opportunity, I was able to fully experience Apple Retail, with all its facets, always trying to become a point of reference for the team and leadership, leading the Shopping Experience on the floor. In the meanwhile an incredibile experience was raising in Italy Market : the opening of Apple Piazza Liberty, the first Global Flagship in Europe. I applied for this position and I joined Store since from the real beginning. I had the opportunity to mentor the opening of Apple Piazza Liberty, which to date I consider one of the most beautiful things I've ever done in Apple. I've been dealing with a whole new team and leadership, building new relationships and gain credibility day by day, which I think is one of the most important things to have if you want to fill any role at Apple. Credibility is not given by the role, but by what people believe about you. After few months in Liberty I reach the achievement to become Expert , and I had the opportunity to guide many experiences, in my Store and in the Milan Market area, like Coalition and Team Engagement. This year, I’ve reached a new goal. I had the opportunity to did an ISE like Lead, here, in Piazza Liberty. During this period, I’ve learned a lot, especially with Support’s team. I’ve had the opportunity to made my relationship with all the leadership stronger than ever, working together to reach the best costumer and team experience.
