I've taken part in the following conferences as a speaker: Midem, Sync Summit NY and LA, Canadian Music Week, Indie Week Canada, AIM Indie Week London, Fluvial and Mujeres Latinas Y Creadoras (Chile), and several in Brazil. I have served for 8 years on the Board of Merlin, the global digital rights agency representing over 20k indie record labels in 62 countries in all continents. I'm shareholder and Chief Partnerships Officer of the startup company YFM. I'm a jury member of the Independent Music Award (NY), and a consultant for the Canadian company LyricFind and for Warner Music Brazil. I organize and curate the influential international conference “Trends Brasil Conference” held annually in Rio (www.trendsbrasilconference.com.br/home-en). A former flute player, I started out in a live concert production company, followed by seven years at Warner Music Brazil. In 2003 I founded LPE Productions, a company that holds the brands Delira Musica and Trends Brasil Conference. Delira Musica launched over 150 products (CD/DVD) focusing Brazilian genres, produced over 70 concerts and tours in Brazil and abroad, created over 15 cultural projects and 6 conferences. I led the Brazilian Independent Music Association for 6 years. I also served as an Advisory Board member for WIN (Worldwide Independent Network) in the same period. I'm a member of the association Women in Music (USA/Brazil).
