My typical day-to-day consists of removing roadblocks of Life Engineering team by connecting them to key people across the organization, having clear milestones agreed with Product Managers, Product Designers, and other stakeholders, as well as coaching individuals to always seek for the highest performance. Always looking for ways to build high performing teams by promoting psychological safety and feedback culture, which are the foundation for empowering people to take risks and act to the best interest of our company. My technology and Analytics background (hands-on experience), consists of: • HPCC Systems (LexisNexis Big Data platform), and its technologies: ECL, SALT, KEL; • C/C++, Python, Shell, Matlab, Java, SQL; • Git (GitLab and GitHub), with CI/CD implementation experience in GitLab; • Amazon Web Services: AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, AWS Athena, AWS Lake Formation; And knowledge in other areas such as: • Graph theory; • Signal processing; • Processor, compiler, OS design and implementation.
