My post are in charge today of: 1.- HR Division: Define the strategy and manage the delivery of services in all areas related to Human resources management for all the company. Collective negotiation, Work relationship between the company and trade unions and their procedures. 2.- HSE Division: Ensure compliance with the AENA´s HSE management system with European Health and Safety directives, as well as with Spanish legislation in all the buildings of the Southern Region. (Risk and Security prevention, Ergonomics, Psicosociologist and Hygiene) 3.- Professional development and training for Air traffic controllers Division: Planning and ensuring the training of all the air traffic controllers of my company, as AESA, Eurocontrol and the European directives recommend. 4.- Professional development and training of other staff members Division: Planning and ensuring the training of the rest of the people to obtain the best of any of ours employees. 5.- Labor relations Division: Maintaining the labour relation with the company and trade unions. 6.- Labor legal Cabinet: Maintaining the company´s strategy and to defend into court the strategy 7.- Human Resources Planification: Designing and planing the people we need in any dependency: maintenance, controllers, engineers,... Other task of the HR Director: ▪ Acting as focal point for emergency planning relating to physical protection of the site, in case of accident or incident, of calamity response or of crisis management. ▪ Negotiating the new labour agreement between the company and the controllers´ trade unions.
