Time and family is everything and the power of family and life is a gift- Late 2021 I left the GM role famous venue on the Sunshine Coast, offered a role when pubs could return back in Queensland after COVID-19 2020. This role is ever evolving - but the aim is to make this venue a world known tourist destination, with the ability to bring this privately owned establishment into a future of fun and expression of joy and something to be proud to be apart of. The focus is culture and development, with support and respect plus hard work, the opportunity is endless and positive vibes will bring it to an amazing and futuristic venue to be apart of. The ability of an iconic venue, massive ability of functions plus a foot print to bring people to an amazing family culture venue. The GM role I had prior at Fun-lab made me really think anything is possible, and people and culture is everything.I started working for Fun-Lab in Jan 2019 - learning and growing with the business, but made me a better driver and a better manager from who I wanted to be as a leader. I previously worked on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. My role as a venue manager for ALH Group - Sunshine Coast - Buderim Tavern, Kawana waters hotel, Noosa Reef Hotel plus many more working for ALH for 15 years. I have always been in hospitality & customer service being the key component with a wide range of skills and experience, which I have become very successful working with small and large organisations, people skills are my strength. Management and events including customer service is my strength. I enjoy achieving goals and working in a great team environment. My planning and executing of promotions I enjoy, but the outcomes of success is the best part. I believe in team spirit and building to get the best outcome as possible. If an opportunity was to rise from my achievements to expand and grow my knowledge, we all deserve opportunity. success especially women in management and a can do attitude.
