  Louise Dodd is a Joining Kew Green in 2014 as a hotel General Manager, I was promoted to Area General Manager in 2016, overseeing a number of hotels in the north. In March 2017 I am delighted to be promoted to Director of Operations, North West increasing the number of Hotels I am responsible for. Prior to Kew Green, I worked with operators including Forte, Bass and Intercontinental Hotel Group, where I led my award-winning hotel to sit as one of IHG’s top ten performing properties in the UK&I. I also worked as a Regional Revenue Manager for nine hotels and set up a regional Central Reservations Office. I am a keen advocate of developing employees’ skills and enjoy seeing team members grow in their roles to succeed as Managers in the business. Hospitality is a way of life, every day is different and rewarding in one way or another. We work for people and with people learning and giving life lessons along the way.
