This was evident in my work with a deaf learner and a learner with severe ADHD, where I strategically used additional resources in various lessons and assigning specific roles to the ADHD learner to encourage engagement. Having worked as a Producer/Director in broadcast TV for over 20 years means I have a track record of inspiring and motivating people from a plethora of backgrounds including junior team members to entire production teams of 80 staff. The freelance nature of my career has stretched my versatility and enabled me to adapt to situations swiftly. The nature of TV production is highly charged and my experience of delivering productions to deadline means I am used to pressurised environments.
