Lou has acted as a consultant for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maine and the Boston Bar Association to develop pro bono mediation services for cases due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He is also developing a program to enhance facilitation skills for Subchapter V trustees.
