As the Region Director of Health and Wellness Operations, I supported 102 pharmacies and 95 vision centers that went on to surpass our company’s standards of service in quality, productivity, and friendliness metrics. Through communication, collaboration, and creative efforts, we generated over 1 billion in annual sales across the Region by emphasizing and educating customers and providers of the added value in patient-care services. Even as a Market Director, I took great pride in training and mentoring my associates and peers on critical business issues including P&L responsibility, sales, and customer service. Outside of work, I enjoy cycling, hiking, and binge-watching shows. I am an INFP-A (Myers-Briggs) and as a “Mediator”, I am open-minded, imaginative, and bring a creative approach to everything I do.
