At JWT, I was part of the team that transformed the agency into a billion-dollar start-up. Agency leadership (Rosemarie Ryan, Ty Montague and Bob Jeffrey) were seeking creatively-driven, strategically-minded team players who understood non-traditional creative thinking. My remit was to help them establish a revitalized culture around a iconic brand and identify, attract and nurture world class talent. With them at the helm, we set JWT on a path of creative excellence, creating successful brand stories for a list of Fortune 500 client companies that let to JWT being named Global agency of the year, and a highly regarded creative agency, once again. It remains as one of my proudest accomplishments. My current role as Consultant to two entrepreneurial companies allows me the opportunity to combine agency/client management and talent strategy.
