From there, I graduated and began working in foster care and adoptions for approximately 4.5 years. I received specialized training in adoption certification and home studies. I also became a certified surrogate parent to assist children with their educational needs. I currently work as an outpatient therapist, specilizing in children and families, as well as specializing in Trauma Focused Cogntive Behavioral Therapy. I have always been into health and fitness and prior to children, would go the gym every morning. After having my first son, I had to balance my time between working out at home and at the gym. 3 years later came a suprise! TWINS! I had no time or money to go to the gym, so I began doing all my workouts at home. It was around that time that Facebook became popular, so I decided to join to connect with friends and family as well as meet people doing the same workouts I was doing. I met and connected with great people, then I received a message from someone telling me I can make money doing what I love best, which was helping others! I was hesitant for many reasons, but I did my research and I liked was I read. I became a Beachbody Coach, and could not be happier with the choice I made!
