With individuals I use a combination Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT, Client Centered Therapy, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and a variety of other techniques applicable to the client(s) at hand. As a Certified Hypnotherapist I also offer guided hypnosis for many of the issues mentioned above.
