Focus on generating and analyzing sales reports for National Sales Manager to capture sales pipeline, sales activities, campaign and any other reports related to productivity of sales team. 3. Liaise with internal stakeholders in sales team and finance for any matter related to sales team. (eg. Maintain Product Price List) 4. Analyze reports and highlights areas of opportunities or concerns to Management for action. 5. Provide support/coordinating with stakeholders in Sales and Commercial organization. 6. Design, build and generate ad hoc reports as and when required by the National Sales Manager. 7. Work closely with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues affecting sales administration. 8. Respond to sales team on general administrative activities (e.g. office admin, SAP maintenance and lodging). 9. Support National Sales Manager on every ad-hoc request. Supply Chain 1. Liaise closely with logistics and freight forwarding agents for incoming shipments and custom clearances, monitor the Duty & Tax payable by agents are accurate. 2. . Liaise with International Team for all the shipments coming in. 3. Communicate with forwarder agents and shippers and resolve any escalation. 4. Work with distributor team to ensure the warehouse operation fulfil target set and resolve warehouse or shipment issue if needed. 5. To coordinate in process of customs clearance, duty, taxes exemption and etc. 6. Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels. 7. Implement operational policies and procedures according to company’s standards (eg. Product Tariff Code) 8. Support the annual stock take, stock write off activities.
