I have a wide range of recruitment skills, I am trained in Safer Recruitment in Education, and have experience of appointing a range of staff from admin and premises, to senior leaders. - Policy & Procedure - Developing policy and procedures using a Best Value methodology in the social housing, education and charity sectors. - Project Management - I am experienced in Project Management. I have planned, organised and led on a range of successful strategic and day-to-day projects, including; events, policy reviews and new initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams. - Governance – I have a good overview of school and charity governance. I was an active school governor for over 5 years at a local primary school, taking the lead in reconstituting the governing body and governor recruitment. I have experience of social housing governance and charity governance, through my work and voluntary roles. Currently Clerk to the Governing Body in addition to my School Business Manager role. - Grant funding - I successfully secured over 350,000 in grant funding over one academic year, for charitable and educational projects, through a range of sources, including The Big Lottery Reaching Communities fund.
