This can include conducting stakeholder interviews, recruiting and convening participants and partners, reading and synthesizing available reports, facilitating meetings, researching inspiring models, and weaving the ideas and relationships into a proposal or concept that can be easily presented and understood by a wide audience. I am skilled finding and nurturing new relationships and forming groups of people around new projects - especially when there are lots of unknowns- and providing the flexibility, structure, and encouragement people need to create something new. My strengths include idea generation, finding and connecting new people, proposal and grant writing, key informant interviews, editing, and project management. I have a broad network, like meeting new people, and have a constant flow of new ideas. In the realm of housing, I have worked primarily on putting together initial proposals, developing proposals for municipal level zoning policy; doing public relations with neighbors and elected officials, working with design teams to meet all stakeholder goals, and seeking out new partnerships.
