Of those years, fourteen yrs were spent solely as a frontline clinician in various roles across community and hospital services, the next years were spent as a Clinician and Manager of an Occupational Therapy Department in an acute Model 4 Hospital. Since then I have diversivied into the Management side as I was elected by my peers to be their voice as Health & Social Care Professional Representative to the Executive Management Board and the Hospital Management Team. I then moved into a new role as Project Manager where I lead on two big projects for the hospital which broadened my experiences into the differnet aspects of Leadership, Managament within large corporations. I am now working in the world of Human Resources. This position is facilitating me to draw on my experiences as an Occupational Therapist, a Coach and my learning from the projects. I am enjoying this role as it offers a wide variety of opportunities and challenges.
