I have also enjoyed coaching and mentoring new staff, conducting performance reviews, handling terminations and other issues, and recognizing outstanding performers. In sourcing and recruiting candidates, I have used online and social media sources, as well as networking with local universities and leveraging a strong referral base. I enjoy using new tools and technologies, while also applying my communication skills to build solid relationships, solve problems, and complete tasks within a fast-paced environment with often conflicting priorities.
