The school is developing a new, freestanding home on Manhattan's expanding west side at Riverside South. As Project Executive, I will oversee all aspects of the project's development from pre-construction through move-in and post-construction; direct the efforts of the professional design team, manage financial controls and project communications, and oversee the work of the contractors and owner's consultants.As a member of the President’s Council, participated in policy discussions, strategic and financial planning for the college. Provided stewardship of more than $135 million of capital investments, including the construction of a 54,000 sf residential condominium for students and faculty, and the creation of the award-winning Diana Center, a 98,000 sf mixed use, LEED Gold building.As a member of the executive museum staff, coordinated the overall planning and project management of an anticipated $80 million museum renovation and expansion. Created and maintained the project budget and schedule, supervised the architectural/engineering team and owner’s consultants, made regular reports to the Board of Trustees.Responsibilities included capital planning and project management and functional oversight of university business operations including: Telecommunications; Central Purchasing, Travel Management; Mail, Duplicating and Auxiliary Enterprises.
