Lisa Fivecoat Email & Phone Number | I've been in the credentialing field since my Husband and I moved back to Indiana back in 1997, starting with Anthem as a credentialing assistant and working my way to my current position at OrthoIndy. During this time I've had the opportunity to learn an array of credentialing tasks, to include Physician outreach, Payer enrollment, Hospital appointments, obtaining and maintaining licensure, and have mastered several different credentialing databases. I'm well versed in the CAQH process and have served as a mentor for many of my colleagues. I’m knowledgeable in various credentialing standards to include the requirements of NCQA, HFAP and Joint Commission. I keep abreast of current changes in the field through research as well as through communications from the Indiana Association of Medical Staff Services and the National Association of Medical Staff Services. Additionally, I have a very good rapport with my peers and the physicians with whom I have worked. I always try to stay positive and present an optimistic attitude, which helps significantly when dealing with stressful issues. In my spare time I am and avid Girl Scout! I lead a troop of 16 girls, and maintain a troop website to help keep everyone informed of our troop events. Both of my daughters are involved in Girl Scouting and I'm very proud to say that my youngest recently earned her Bronze Award! In addition to working with the troop, I served as the Registrar for our Service Unit for three years, keeping the Girl Scouts of Central Indiana database up to date, and am a mentor to our new troop leaders. I truly love the experience of being able to help others grow and know that I am influencing tomorrow's leaders in a positive way.
