Drawing from her background as a professional athlete and decade of experience with global recruitment firms, she has built record-breaking teams on both sides of the Atlantic. Lillie's contributions have earned her recognition as 2x Director of the Year, Team of the Year and she is a three-time back-to-back recipient of the President's Club accolade. Lillie started her career placing Engineers across the EMEA region in Oil & Gas before finding her niche in MedTech, initially focused on senior commercial and technical appointments in the UK before moving to the US in 2018. Her core area of expertise and strength of her network lies in technical areas including QA/RA, Project Management, Clinical/Medical, R&D and Engineering. She has a track record forming relationships across the MedTech ecosystem and prides herself on leveraging her network to create opportunities and partnerships far beyond just recruitment. She is a proud member of MedTech Color and MedtechWOMEN and on the Executive Council for The Cavu Group.
