A little while ago I asked a friend of mine what he thought would be the best position for me within a company. He told me “Every position” and my first reaction was to laugh at him. But then I started thinking, I truly am good at a great number of positions in a company. You could call it arrogance or even ridiculous and obviously I can’t do all of them since I do know my flaws but in the past few years, I have managed to turn every job I had into a success. I started as an Inside Sales Representative and left the company since I was too ambitious and had no possibility of growing within the company. I joined a start up company and increased their sales pipeline up to the point where we could not take on any more customers, I became co-owner of the company and managed to triple the revenue. We sold the company with a great profit right before the pandemic hit and I moved on to a position as Account Manager at a big software company. Here I received numerous compliments from customer for being the best Account Manager they ever had as well as smashing my targets. The key to my success, sell without them knowing you are selling, throw back a little fish while you focus on the bigger one. While selling to my customer I realized there were still so many other options for me out there, so I started digging and that is how I ended up in a joined BD and Operations role. I love working with-and for customers, but I also want to contribute to growing the company, increasing the revenue and determine the best course of action. Nowadays, I am the person you go to if you want to get things done. It doesn’t matter if it is related to operations, sales, marketing or even BD, I am your woman. Luckily, I’m a natural when it comes to staying organized, structured, and professional. On top of that I am flexible, easy to talk to and have the mind of an entrepreneur who is always thinking ahead and planning the next few moves.
