All these wonderful people have inspired and motivated me. In April of 2015 I began a new position as the Associate Executive Direct at St. Stephen's Community House. A social service agency that has been working with the community since 1962. Working to deliver client-centred and impactful services. Working at St. Christopher House (now West Neighbourhood House) from 1999 - 2013 as a Program Director for 13 years and one year as the acting Executive Director. For a brief time - 13 months I worked at Access Alliance as Director of Capacity Building & Integration. These wonderful organizations have given me the opportunity to gain tremendous professional experience and knowledge. In 2012, I was seconded to the United Way Toronto for 6 months to review their capacity building work for funded agencies. Another secondment (1 day a week for 3 yrs) that recently finished with the Toronto Neighbourhood Centres ( a network of 35 multi-service agencies across Toronto) facilitating a Trillium project exploring joint purchasing, shared back office, social enterprise, network level human resources, mergers, partnerships and service integration.
