I can't help it - there are so many things that I find interesting! What has captured my focus for the past 10+ years though is dental practice marketing. Simply put, I help dentists develop marketing strategies that are consistent with their long-term business goals, focusing on new patient acquisition and retention. What I love about this unique marketing niche is the potential. Even today there are very few marketing-forward dental practices. Part of what has kept me engaged in dentistry for so long is the ability to be a part of such a developing industry. It is challenging and rewarding all at the same time. Even though my title at River Run is Marketing Director, I like to think of myself as so much more. I am the biggest cheerleader for our staff, I am a strategic member of our leadership team, I fiercely protect the brand that I have worked so hard to build, and I am willing to help out wherever I am needed in order to provide an exceptional experience for our patients. I am excited to pursue my other 11 career ideas one day, but for now you can find me at River Run Dental, bringing an elevated dental experience to patients all over central Virginia.
