I had the pleasure of winning a scholarship, which allowed me to study at the "ALMA" school of Gualtiero Marchesi in Colorno. In 2010 I became member of Osteria del Borro’s staff. This restaurant is part of the Relais et Chateaux “Il Borro”. Step by step I have achieved always more prominent roles and today I’m the head sommelier. I’m very interested in wines and indeed a year ago I created my own Facebook and Instagram Page “Sommelier in Tour”, where it’s possible to find all my experiences in the wines’ field. Mi sono diplomato presso l' Istituto G. Vasari a Figline V.no, nel 2009 come tecnico sala-bar. Ho effettuato durante i 5 anni scolastici stage presso strutture quaificate come: "The westin excelsior" situato in piazza Ognisanti a Firenze, Ristorante "Acquamatta" (1 stella michelin) situato a Capolona (Ar). Ho avuto il piacere di vincere una borsa di studio, la quale mi ha permesso di studiare presso la scuola di Gualtiero Marchesi "ALMA" presso la Reggia di Colorno. Nel 2010 sono entrato a far parte della brigata del ristorante Osteria del Borro situato all’interno del Relais et Châteaux Il Borro. Con il passare del tempo ho ottenuto posizioni sempre più rilevanti, fino a raggiungere oggi la posizione di Head Sommelier. Data la grande passione per i vini, da circa un anno ho creato la mia pagina Facebook e Instagram Sommelier in Tour dove racconto le mie esperienze legate al mondo del vino.
