Known as a favored Sound Engineer of the Los Angeles local music scene and celebrity artists, Leonard was called on board to The Mantra / Hollywood Sound Studios as an expert Audio engineer and infallible Mentor. He is not only a deeply skilled technician but musicians love working him as his mild mannered and easy demeanor make performing a pleasurable and memorable experience. Currently Leonard is FOH for touring Act Gryffin and has been gainfully employed by the touring band Ministry since 2018. Acknowledged by LA Weekly to be one of the best sound engineers in town, Leonard has extensively toured domestically and internationally. He has toured as front of house/monitors engineer with System of a Down, Slayer, Los Lobos, The Donnas, Sonus, Molotov, The Dirty Heads, Stone Sour, Machine Head and Seether to name a few. Other venues Leonard has worked throughout California include The Roxy, The Viper Room, The El Rey, The Fonda Theatre, The Fox Theatre, and The Knitting Factory. When carving out any time in his life outside of touring and live sound performances, Leonard enjoys botany and surfing.
