I did the truck orders and made sure that it was not too much product in the store, because I have found that if you have too much inventory it’s harder to keep track of and people are more likely to steal when there is more of something and they don’t think anyone will notice it’s gone.When I worked at Jamba Juice I was trained to do the inventory, and scheduling within the first week of the store being opened. I helped with hiring, training, promoting from within and firing. I did cold calls as well as being in charge of fundraising for schools and companies. I was in charge of making smoothies at the 2009 Gary Air Show. It was a three day event and I had to get all of the paperwork and food handling licenses in my name. Also in 2008 I helped my GM run a second store that didn’t have a GM at the time. I am in the National Registry of Food Safety Professional.
