I am knowledgeable about labour law and the nuances of professional contingent workforce in multiple industries ranging from ICT, Engineering, Legal, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Aviation, Logistics and the Banking, Financial Services and insurance sector. Also being part of EOH I worked closely with strategic account executives upselling end to end ICT solutions. I strongly believe the days of job consuming workers is changing.... nowadays professionals want to know how they can consume the job to further their career and interests. It's time for knowledge workers to move from being viewed as a compliance exercise to defining contingency employees as a valid and indispensable talent channel for organizations to get things done. Where there is an opportunity to evolve, I've pushed to make that happen. Along the way I've learned how important technology is in automating workflows internally and externally, but also have maintained the focus that we're dealing with humans at the end of the day all looking for the right opportunity.
