In 2007, I joined in Taylor & Francis Group to develop Rights business, and now I'm leading a team of 4 staffs and manage the market of Greater China, including Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao. Having over 12 years working experience in publishing industry, I know well with how to run the publishing business in China, how to approach to the local market, and to set up stratgic collaboration with Chinese publishers. I created some new business models of rights trading, for example : E-rights licensing, Co-Publishing with local publishers, and sepcial projects between the mainland of China and Taiwan, Hong Kang, etc. . With rich experiences and human recources in the industry, I hope to build up the bridge between the international and China, to realize the transform from the excellet contents to the academic practice, and to contribut more in the field of publishing.
